    • United States: Free shipping, no customs fees. (ETA: 7 – 15 days)
    • Europe: We will provide a free, exclusive UPS shipping service that covers all customs duties and taxes. (ETA: 25 – 30 days)
      • Romania: Romania customers may need to handle customs clearance and import duties. Please contact us for more details.
    • Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Hong Kong, Taiwan: Free shipping, no customs fees. (ETA: 7 – 15 days)
    • Russia: Free shipping with no customs fees. (ETA: 15 – 25 days)
  • Countries with Free Shipping & Customs Fees
    • Customers from the following countries are subject to paying import duties upon customs clearance.
    • UK, Canada, and Australia: We offer a convenient service that allows you to pay import duties in advance and share up to 50% of the duty fees. When you pay import duties in advance, you don’t have to take any additional action. You can simply wait for your delivery to arrive without any worries. (ETA: 7 – 15 days)
    • Switzerland, Norway, and New Zealand: We will be using an exclusive UPS shipping service. Customers will be required to pay import duties upon customs clearance. (ETA: 7 – 15 days)
    • Japan: Free shipping and pay very little in customs fees (around 20 USD). (ETA: 5 – 10 days)

In terms of customs clearance:

  • We take care of customs clearance for most of the above countries. The process is relatively straightforward for the remaining countries, and we’ll do our best to assist you. Problems are rare. Please be prepared to answer customs questions to ensure the timely delivery of your doll.
  • For imported high-end products, additional efforts or documents might be needed to get your doll on time for customers in Norway and Switzerland.

In terms of customs duties:

  • For full-size sex dolls and sex dolls with robotic features, we offer by default a service that helps you pay import duty in advance for customers living in most countries.
  • Customers in New Zealand, Norway & Switzerland may have to pay customs duties due to local legislation. We will liaise with customs, so you do not need to worry. Ensuring this stress-free process is an essential part of our service and support. 

Other information:

  • For small packages (i.e., sex toys, small accessories, sex doll heads, glue …), we never offer delivered duty paid service or customs clearance, and you will randomly have to pay customs duties on your purchase no matter where you live.
  • We aim to provide high-quality dolls and the best services and get you the BEST to construct a long-lasting relationship!
  • Sorry. We do not ship to countries that have strict laws regarding sex dolls. Please check with us before placing an order to avoid disappointment if you are unsure.

Packaging:

  • All our dolls are delivered in 100% discrete packaging. 
  • Dolls arrive in a plain brown box with no branding.
  • The courier or handler does not know what is in the box.
  • We respect your privacy. 
  • The contents will be stated on the customs declaration as “Mannequin.” 
  • You can consider upgrading to the flight case to protect it better and store your doll.
  • The flight case is more durable and features a lock for enhanced privacy.

Delivery:

  • We use UPS/FedEx for most deliveries worldwide. However, in some countries, local express is utilized for delivery.
  • When you receive your tracking number, you can contact the courier to arrange a suitable day for delivery.
  • You will be issued a tracking number 2-5 days after dispatch so you can follow the journey. It will also sync with your RealDollOnline account.
  • For UPS, you can join “My Choice” (free) to schedule a delivery date that suits you.
 
  • We aim to process orders and ship all of our products out as quickly as possible so you can enjoy your new doll as soon as possible, but please be aware that your doll is made to order (even if it is pre-configured).
  • All dolls are delivered using UPS, FedEx, or local express services, depending on your location.
  • This timeline is an estimate. It is also the same for ALL authentic sex doll vendors, as we all draw from the same workshops. Please be wary of any vendor claiming uber-quick delivery times, as they cannot produce a customized doll and ship it to you all within 3 days…

 

  • Queue times vary depending on manufacturer, model, and time of year, ranging from 1 day to 2 weeks for very popular or new-release dolls. Please contact us before placing your order if you would like an estimate of your specific doll’s queue times.
  • Some exceptions to production and delivery times include hectic periods, holiday seasons, including CNY, and any unforeseen circumstances (Like COVID-19). If there are delays to your order, we will keep you updated.
  • We are experiencing some delivery delays due to the global coronavirus pandemic. Please check with us for a realistic delivery time on the live chat.

The Realdollonline shopping experience:

In order to make the whole process easier, we didn’t set up a login system. You can place orders directly through our website, you can also email us about what you want, and we’ll send you an invoice through PayPal (We also accept bank wire transfers and other ways; please contact us if you need any help). 

We will keep you informed of your order status via email until delivery is complete. Please refer to the details below for more information.

  1. Customize Your Doll – Choose the options to create your unique doll.
  2. Add to Cart – Click “Add to Cart” to add your doll to your order.
  3. Place Order – Review your order details in the cart, click “Process to Checkout,” and ensure the shipping address is accurate before making the payment.
  4. Confirmation Email (Email – 1) – After you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email containing a breakdown of your order.
  5. Production Begins (Email – 2) – After we receive your confirmation, we will commence production and keep you informed about the progress. You have a 24-hour grace period to make any last-minute changes.
  6. Your Doll is Finished (Email – 3) – Once your doll is complete, we will conduct a thorough quality control check and take photographs for your approval (known as factory photos). The production time for TPE Dolls is typically 5-7 workdays, while Silicone Dolls can take 2-4 weeks, depending on the brand.
  7. Photos & Video Approved by You – Upon receiving your approval of the factory photos, we will arrange shipment.
  8. Discreet Packaging & Shipping (Email – 4) – Your doll will be discreetly packaged and shipped as soon as possible. You will receive a tracking number within 3-5 days of dispatch, along with an email containing tips on unboxing, cleaning before use, user manuals, and more.
  9. Logistics Tracking Reminder Email (Email – 5) – We will send you logistics tracking reminders until you receive your doll.
  10. Package Delivery (Email – 6) – Upon receiving your package, please verify that everything is included. If something is missing, contact us immediately.
  11. Confirmation of Delivery Email & After-Sales Service (Email – 7) – We will send you a confirmation of delivery email. If you need any assistance, please don’t hesitate to contact us; we’re always happy to help.

Delivery Details:

  • All dolls are delivered using UPS, FedEx, or local express in some countries or regions. All express provides regular progress & tracking updates, so you know your delivery date in advance.
  • We aim to ship all of our products out as quickly as possible so you can enjoy your new doll, but please be aware that your doll is made to order, even if it is pre-configured, and it does take time to craft.

Delivery Changes:

  • If you cannot accept delivery on the date we give you, you can change it to another day that suits you better by contacting the courier directly (For example, in your UPS My Choice account). You will receive the courier’s details when your order is processed for shipment.
  • We require you to leave your phone number when placing your order. The courier requests your contact phone number as part of the delivery process.
  • We do our best to ensure all of our couriers contact you before delivery, although we also advise that you personally contact them when you receive your tracking number. This is to ensure they know your delivery requirements directly from you.
