* Payment via PayPal
To make ordering simple, logging in is not required. However, we recommend creating an account to easily check your order details on your account page. The default payment method in our shop is PayPal.
You can place orders directly on our website and pay via PayPal. If you prefer, we can also send you a PayPal invoice by email. Payments can be made using a PayPal balance, debit card, or credit card. (Other payment methods are accepted as well, though PayPal is preferred.)
Once your order is placed, please allow up to 8 hours for us to contact you. We will email you an order sheet with all the details to ensure accuracy. All communication will be done via email, so please provide the correct email address when placing your order.
* Layaway Plan / Split Payment / Multi-card Payment
- We can keep the current promotion price or special offer for you.
- A Down Payment + Weekly or Monthly Payments. (NOTE: A down payment (at least $200) is required to initiate your layaway order.)
- Layaway orders must be paid off within three months of creation.
- We will put your layaway order into production when it is paid by 70%.

* Payment via Bank Wire Transfer
After placing your order, we will email you our bank account details. Please transfer the payment directly to our account and share the bank slip with us for confirmation. Once we receive your payment, we’ll send the order details for your approval. After your confirmation, we will proceed with production or shipment (for in-stock dolls). Thank you!
