* Payment via PayPal
In order to make the whole process easier for our customers, you needn’t log in to place an order. But we recommend you register an account on our website so that you can check your order details on your account page. You can place orders directly through our website or email us about what you want, and we’ll send you an invoice through PayPal (We accept payment in some other ways as well, and at this point, we prefer PayPal).
After placing your order, please stay patient. We’ll get in touch with you within 8 hours and email you the order sheet for your purchase. The order sheet will include all the options and details of your order so that no mistakes will be made. All communication will be done via email, so please provide the correct email address when making the payment.
* Payment via PayPal invoice
We will send you an invoice via PayPal. The invoice link will be also sent to your email, and you can pay using a PayPal balance, debit card, or credit card. Thank you.
* Layaway Plan / Split Payment
- A Down Payment + Weekly or Monthly Payments. (NOTE: A down payment (at least $200) is required to initiate your layaway order.)
- Layaway orders must be paid off within three months of creation.
- We will put your layaway order into production when it is paid by 70%.

* Payment via Bank Wire Transfer
We will email our bank account info after you place the order. Please transfer your payment directly into our bank account and provide the bank slip for us to confirm. We will arrange the production or shipment (in-stock doll) once we receive your payment. Thank you.
